People¶
Hire, manage, pay and develop staff, with every salary charged to the grant that pays for it.
The six apps follow a person through their time with you. Recruitment fills an approved post. Employees holds their contract and which grants pay it. Timesheets and Leave record where their time goes. Payroll pays them and charges each grant by that time. Performance reviews their work, including probation and the end of a contract.
Before staff start, check that each office has its Employment Contract, Staff Requisition, Job Offer and Leave approval policies (see the checklist), that someone holds each People role (HR, payroll, safeguarding focal point), and that each country's salary structure is mapped to its accounts.
